George P. Boulden is the owner, founder, and director of Action Learning Associates International. He has worked there since 1979. ALA International seeks to transform managers into leaders and to empower employees through innovative and interactive learning techniques. Boulden studied management at Anglia Ruskin University and took instruction from Professor Reg Evans.
