Together, they discover that it's a brand new rocket launcher. Right away, the toys assemble it and play a game to see who can launch it the farthest. Slinky Dog and Hamm the piggy bank tie for first place, so it's time for a tiebreaker! But when the rocket fails to launch, how will the toys decide the winner?
