Parmida Vand (she/they) is an Iran-born, Toronto-based actor, writer, and musician. Her acting credits include Taken (NBC), Orphan Black (FX) and most recently Maryam Keshavarz’s feature The Persian Version, which won the Audience Award at Sundance 2023. As a musician, Parmida performs and releases music under the moniker Päter.
