Thomas Vincent Kelly is a Chicago native and has appeared in theaters throughout the country. His credits include Henry IV pts. 1 and 2, A Touch of the Poet, Look Back in Anger,and The Wind Cries Mary. Currently residing in Los Angeles, he has appeared in multiple independent films and television shows including Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior, The Closer, 24,and Without a Trace.
